Research:

Characterization of Low-Gain Avalanche Detectors

Tested LGADs for X-ray detection at SLAC Stanford Synchrotron Radiation Light source. Studied energy linearity/resolution, time resolution, gain supression as a function of position.

Electrical characterization of silicon detectors. Performed electrical measurements of irratiated LGADs.
